  • 1/4 glass black colored sesame seeds
  • 1/4 glass flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ocean sodium
  • 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil bbwpeoplemeet, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water

Guidelines

  1. Preheat range to 350 F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. The ground sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, optional chili powder, and sea salt together until all clumps are broken up and it’s well incorporated in a medium sized bowl, whisk.
  3. Pour the melted coconut oil, lemon juice, and water within the combined dry ingredients and stir until a forms that are even paste.
